What is DamagePreventionPortal?

DamagePreventionPortal is a comprehensive tool for both Service Operators and Users:

  • Users can change their membership details including their ‘Area of Interest’, view and respond to Positive Response Tickets (North America Only), as well as self-serve a number of functions relevant to the OneCall Service.
  • Service Operators can control, monitor and run their OneCall Service. This ranges from adding and editing users to viewing performance criteria and fixing issues.
