Yes, you can. In PermitManager you can view a list of utilities notified in OneCallAccess by clicking the Utility List option from below the left-hand traffic light panel:
The screen appears as below:
Each utility that was notified to respond to the customer in OneCallAccess will be listed, along with their contact phone numbers and reference sequence numbers. This could be helpful for collaboration purposes, if you need to check work requirements etc. with the different asset owners.
Please note that these lists only represent asset owners who are registered with the beforeUdig (New Zealand) or Dial Before You Dig (Australia) services, and therefore may not be a definitive list of every asset owner in the area.
If the Utility List option is greyed-out and you cannot view it, there are a couple of reasons why this could be:
- The application may have been made manually within PermitManager using the Lodge Job function. Because this application has not gone through OneCallAccess, utilities are not notified. If excavation is taking place, it would be best practice for the applicant to lodge a beforeUdig (NZ) or DBYD (AU) request in conjunction with applying for their permit, if they haven't already.
- In New Zealand, the applicant may have lodged their request via the CorridorAccess site. This site is used to create non-excavation enquiries, so utilities are not notified for these jobs.
