Yes. Applicant information is shown at the top of the Job screen twice. Basic contact details and the job number and suburb are shown in the grey panel on the left of the screen:
More detail is shown to the right of this on the white panel, including the work details, address, and any notes entered in OneCallAccess by the applicant:
If you wish to contact the applicant, this can be done using the provided phone number, or via the Message section of PermitManager.
