Yes, you can. If an applicant without internet access rings or visits the office to organise a road corridor permit directly, you can create a "manual" request for them. These can also be used for internal council works.
The manual permit form is accessible by clicking on Lodge Job at the top of the Dashboard:
This will open the manual form. The first page is the Referral screen, containting the Job, Traffic Management and Contacts details. Click Next once the relevant details are filled in to continue:
The second page is the Customer screen, where the applicant's contact details should be entered. Click Next once this is finished to continue:
The third page is the Location of Work screen, where the location of the site is selected and confirmed. As well as completing the fields on the left of the screen, you will need to locate the site by zooming into it with the map on the right side of the screen. Once the site is visible on the map, use the tools at the top of the map to draw the site location on the map. Click Save New Job to finalise the permit request:
Once created, manual permit requests will appear on the Dashboad list with an M at the beginning of the job number:
From here, the permit request can be finalised the same as any other application; prerequisite documents, payments, conditions, etc. will all still apply.
