PlanAccess allows companies to link their different users' accounts, which means that staff across a whole organisation can now view and download each other's plans from a single pool of information.
As a PlanAccess user, you have the option of viewing:
- My Jobs - OneCallAccess enquiries you have lodged; this is the default view after opening PlanAccess
- All Jobs - OneCallAccess enquiries lodged by all staff members across your organisation
You can switch between the views from your Dashboard screen, by clicking the My Jobs or All Jobs options in the top left-hand corner of the screen:
Some things to note:
- Being in My Jobs/All Jobs view effects how your Job Filters behave. For example, if you try to filter jobs by users whilst in My Jobs view, you will not get any results - you would need to be in All Jobs view to see other users' jobs.
- Being in My Jobs/All Jobs view effects how your Scheme Bundle Downloads behave. When you search the scheme reference, it will search according to whether you are in My Jobs or All Jobs view.
